PRACTICAL ALCHEMY
Leilany was looking for a logo for the consulting company she was going to launch named Practical Alchemy Consulting. She combines science and sapience to help organizations develop talent strategies that align with their business objectives, working with individuals as an executive coach. She works both with who wants to develop in professional positions and personal lives (life coaching).
What is unique about her is that she can work with both data and people’s feelings to help move them from stuck to thriving. She love using science-backed approaches in her consulting/counseling, but she’s very warm, compassionate, easy to get along with.
She told me that she really loved the idea of having a crescent moon shape incorporated somehow. My aim was also to transmit how intelligent, capable, authentic and courageous she is.
